MUD POND TATEGOI NOW AVAILABLE As with the last few
years we are honoured enough to be given our own mud pond in Japan for the
growing on of tosai. The only stipulation is that the fish we select must be
from Oomo, Marusho Tanaka & Kaneko, and that they must, above all else be fish
worthy and of high enough quality to deserve a place in the mush sought after
mud pond.
We select fish from amongst their very best fish, they arent cheap fish, but
the rewards that can be at the end of the growing season can be way beyond your
dreams. Customers now have the opportunity to get themselves what is potentially
an absolutely awesome fish when it comes out as a Nissai (2yrs old) fish in
October.
